In collaboration with our supplier « Euramax », we offer several special finishes, special order only.

Minimum area required for special order :

  • 5000 sq.ft for 3.0mm
  • 8000 sq.ft for 2.0mm
  • 11000 sq.ft for 0.8mm

Covering area of architectural panels.

Note : verify the thickness of special finishes available according to the types of panels required.

Special Colours :

  • Eurabuild Series

    • same special alloy material 5754H42 such as D-MAX
    • 2.0mm and 0.8mm thickness
    • pre-painted process with PVDF finish (30 year warranty) or HDP-PE (20 year warranty)
    • standard colour and metallic colour, such as metallic white/metallic black

Anodize Matching :

  • Anomax Serie

    • same special alloy material 5754H42 such as D-MAX
    • 2.0mm and 0.8mm thickness
    • pre-painted process with PVDF finish containing modified pigment varnished in lacquer (30 year warranty)
    • colour to match the usual anodized finishes, such as clear/champagne/bronze

Wood finish / Marble / Copper / Carbon :

  • EuraDesign / EuraDecor

    • same special alloy material 5754H42 such as D-MAX
    • available in 0.8mm thickness only

Zinc/Copper

Zinc

Zinc, a material of European origin, considered a high-end product with a noble finish; utilized by Les Industries Panfab as a finish option in certain types of panels offered. Intricate material, achieved through a chemical pre-weathered (patina) process, available in 0.8mm and 1.0mm thickness, 2 options are offered: pre-weathered quartz (light gray) or anthra (black/dark gray).

Recommendations

Panfab Industries transmits its recommendations as a manufacturer as well as the general recommendations of suppliers regarding the use of zinc:

Natural Copper

Noble, intrinsic, natural-finish material, with high degree of lustre.

  • Advantage: look + historical consideration
  • To consider: aging and colour change: natural copper to tarnished followed by a browning of colour, then green according to sunshine and exposure conditions.
  • Disadvantage: compatibility with adjacent materials + possible streaks

Painted urethane acrylic aluminum standard and metallic colour:

On usual aluminum alloy 3003H14, commercial paint finish named urethane acrylic, commercial quality with resistance to UV rays, without fading, bleaching, or chalking of colour, 5-year warranty with world-wide recognized supplier: Akzo Nobel

Advantage: Unlimited choice of colours, durability and colour stability.

Colour options: custom colours developed from:

Pre-painted D-MAX

Our “D-MAX” material is a combination of special alloy aluminum with a pre-painted finish

  • high performance special alloy 5754H42 with magnesium (high mechanical stability + resistance to salty air)
  • Kynar 500 resin PVDF paint – 70% (as per Duranar XL)
  • Pre-painted method used (directly from the mill; in large continuous quantity, assuming a stability and perfect uniformity of colour)
  • folding after painting process

  • covered with a protective film

Choice of colours from our inventory :

0.8mm + 2.0mm + 3.0mm pre-painted aluminum =  7 standard colours available:

  • white RAL9016 (standard series)
  • jupiter RAL9006 (clear silver grey  metallic series = to match QC2624)
  • neptune (clear champagne, metallic series)
  • alpha centauri ( medium grey metallic series)
  • charcoal (standard series = to match 56072 + QC-16072 + QC306 + QC8306)
  • rigel-2 (dark grey metallic series = to match QC-9740)
  • black RAL9005 (standard series = to match 56068 + QC-16068 + QC262 + QC8262)

Note1 : rigel original colour has been modified to rigel-2 (rigel= textured but missing consistency / rigel-2 = higher uniformity and better consistency)

Note2 : pegasus colour has been eliminated from our inventory (champagne colour neptune already offered)

Minimum quantity for a special colour order :

  • Minimum order for 3.0mm = 5000sq ft. / 2.0mm = 8000sq ft. / 0.8mm = 11000sqft.
  • Possibility to develop a specific colour based on RAL or SICO 6000 colour chart
